
Anne’s passion is to get to the heart of each dispute and create the right environment for resolution. She draws on her diverse legal background to get results and effectively conclude lawsuits but it is her ability to connect with people which distinguishes her as a mediator. Anne’s innate understanding of litigation is a result of her own courtroom and law firm experiences; she also utilizes a variety of communication skills to suit each situation.
Anne has achieved results in cases ranging from wrongful death actions to sensitive employment and commercial disputes involving major corporations. Her background in commercial litigation is an asset in unraveling the facts.
Anne is an “AV” rated attorney and worked in the litigation departments of Blackwell Walker, Hornsby & Whisenand and Holland & Knight. During the 1990’s she lived in Israel and served as corporate counsel for an Israeli-based technology company, where she handled international litigation and negotiations.
Anne graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Organizational and Individual Behavior in 1979 and earned her law degree in 1982 from the University of Miami School of Law. She serves on the board of the Greater Miami Jewish Community Relations Council. Anne has been a member of the Florida Bar for over 25 years and a certified Circuit Civil and Family mediator of the Florida Supreme Court since 1998. Anne is also a qualified Arbitrator for Miami-Dade and Broward County Circuit Courts and a trained US Postal Service REDRESS transformative mediator.
